The Heretic AD613 Segovia is a tribute to Andre Segovia, a renowned classical guitarist from the early 20th Century. Segovia had a very important role in the development of the guitar as a classical instrument, and he forced luthiers produced instruments with better projection, increased clarity, improved structural strength, and standardized dimensions. In much the same way, the AD613 is an attempt to create an audio speaker with excellent clarity and superior tonal quality. Suitable for use with amplifiers ranging from 3-300 watts per channel, the AD613 Segovia provides a slightly more modern take on a classic co-axial speaker design.

The Heretic AD612 could very accurately be described as a "big brother" to the AD614. The two speakers have very similar tonal profiles, but the AD612 has slightly more extended bass, and the ability to project a larger sonic image. The AD612 would be a better speaker for filling a larger space. If you want the same type of immersive experience provided by the AD614 but need a larger scale of presentation, the AD612 would be ideal.
